Answer: It depends whether you are a student or non-student. You must complete the Registration process by 31st January, 2021. The applicable Registration Fees are:
Local authors and participants (student) BDT 0
Foreign countries - authors and participants (student) USD 0
Local Authors & Participants (non-student) BDT 2000
Foreign Countries - authors & participants (non-student) USD 100

Answer: You do not need to submit a full paper now. A panel of experts will evaluate the work, During the oral presentation, based on the merits of the abstract and presentation . Top scored authors will be invited to submit full papers that will go through a review process by the scientific committee of ICWFM-2021. Post-conference proceedings of reviewed invited papers (in the form of full papers) would be published as post-conference proceedings by SPRINGER. Please note that a paper must be presented to be considered for selection for the post-conference proceedings. It is noted here that the Post-conference proceedings from the ICWFM-2019 was published by Springer International (https://www.springer.com/gp/book/9783030477851).
Answer: The situation has resulted as you did not provide the full authors’ list during the Abstract submission process. Please contact the Conference Secretariat through email (icwfm2021@gmail.com).
Answer: In that case, send us an email (icwfm2021@gmail.com) mentioning your issue. Please also mention your Author ID as well as PARTICIPANT ID that you have received through emails and attach a photo of your student identification card.
Answer: NO. It is NOT mandatory for ALL the authors to register for the conference. Only the Presenting Author MUST complete registration through the Website. Other Authors and Co-authors may register if interested to attend the ICWFM-2021.
Answer: If you could provide us a list of Name, Designation, contact number and email addresses of all the interested persons, we would be more than happy to provide invitation letters to each. Please remember that everyone, who is interested to participate, has to do the registration and pay the applicable registration fee.
Answer: No, Registering once will be ok. You will be registered for both and you will get it written (the abstract IDs) in the PDF you receive in mail.
Prepare yourself, and the presentation, that is to be delivered at the ICWFM 2021. We will send you the detailed information on the presentation soon. THERE IS NO NEED TO SUBMIT THE FULL PAPER FOR NOW. Meanwhile, keep working on the exciting research you will be sharing at the conference. Also, check ICWFM Website for any update.
There is no scope to provide reviewers' comments. We will provide the reviewers' comments only on selected full papers.
